Lunch date

A couple days ago Kevin and I went on a lunch date with Kevin's boss Gary and his wife Marilyn and my sister Brooke and Max. We went downtown to one of the new resturaunts across from the temple...it was delicious! We had great food and great conversations. Marilyn had her camera and got some great shots of us. Hey I even got a decent picture of Kevin and I. Thanks for the great date everyone and the great pictures Marilyn!

Happy Birthday Brandon

Yesterday was Brandon's 8th birthday. We had the traditional candle in a pancake breakfast and then today he had a swim party with some friends. Thanks to aunt Marsha for letting us use her pool we had a great time. Brandon has lots of good friends and family and he was smiling from ear to ear. After the party Kevin took Brandon out to go golfing. Brandon has been spoiled today...but hey...thats what birthdays are for.

Happy 10 year aniversary to us!

So this is the only picture that I could find of the two of us together. Notice Kevin's eyes closed, my lovely-large prego belly...and I had to crop us out of a group of people. I guess Kevin and I need to get more pictures taken together. Anyways, yesterday was our 10 year anniversary. WOW...we spent the day together and he spoiled me (like he always does). He is such a good guy and I am glad he belongs to me. I love you babe!

Brandon is getting baptized

So my awesome photographer...my sister Jenn...moved to Wisconson. I really wanted some pictures of Brandon by the temple for his baptism this year so I decided to give it a try. It was really fun spending time with just me and him. He even started to like the attention he was getting from me and he wanted to take pictures by every tree and bench on the temple grounds. These pics are not edited but they are a rough draft of some of the pictures we got. I did include the awesome announcement that my sister put together with her creative skills. Thanks jenn.

Butt Water???

So the other day after Isaac got out of the tub he said to me, "Mom, you know what is kindof weird? When you take a bath you use the water your butt is in to wash your hair....thats like washing your hair with butt water!" I started laughing and said, "Isaac, I guess you are right!" So last night Isaac had a shower!

Lawn Mower Brandon

All I can say is Hooray! I have a son who is old enough to mow the lawn. We practiced in the back yard today and Brandon loved it....does that suprise you. For those of you who know how much Kevin likes to mow the lawn you will understand when I say that Brandon was almost smiling while he was mowing. I am so proud of him for taking on such a big responsibility.

4th of July

We had a great 4th of July this year. We went to the centerville parade. The kids love parades. Maycee especially liked the princess float...she even got a pretty ring from the princesses. We took the kids to see Toys Story 3 after the parade. The picture of the kids in the fancy blue car is Kevin's parents neighbors car and he was kind enought to take the kids for a short ride. We had a BBQ at Kevin's parents and then did some fireworks. Afterwards we went to Kaysville's BIG fireworks and then called it a night! A day full of fun and family. Loved it!!!
