Boondocks Fun

My sister Jenn and her kids have been in town for spring break and we did lots of playing. One day we went to Boondocks. They played and played until the parents were begging to go home.

Biggest Jumper ever...

For easter Grandma Jo decided that instead of giving the kids more easter candy, she would rent a big jumper for them to play in. When I say big...I mean huge. It covered the whole front yard and was as tall as the house. The kids laughed and giggled all day. Even when it started to rain, instead of coming inside the boys danced in the street. Nothing like some gangum style in the road. We had some hot dogs for lunch and aunt Maddie painted faces. What a fun day!

Easter Sunday

I love Easter Sunday. The kids woke up happy! The crazy easter bunny hid easter candy all around the house and they kids had a good time searching all over for candy. Next we got ready for church. Maycee got a new dress for her birthday, (thanks dad and Shelia) and she wore it today to church. She looks so grown up! Later in the day we went up to Grandma Jo's for a yummy easter dinner. Such a fun day. Love being together with my family

Easter Egg Hunt at Grandma Rudd's Farm

We went up to Grandma Rudd's Farm for the grankids easter egg hunt. Grandma hides eggs with money in them so the little kids were excited. My sister Jenn and her kids were in town this year and got to come with us, making it a fun day! After some food and the easter egg hunt outside we drove to a hill to roll boiled eggs down. The boys couldn't help but throw the eggs down and little Jake wanted to follow them down the hill. It was a fun time.

ski day!

Yesterday my mom and I took Brandon and Isaac skiing. It was a great day to ski. The sky was blue and the sun was out. We even got a little sunburn on our faces. This picture was taken just moments before Isaac forgot to get off the ski lift and I had to hurry and pull him off the lift before it started going back down again. Needless to say in the struggle we both crashed and tumbled to the bottom of the chair lift. Don't worry they stopped the lift so we could gather our skis, poles and ourselves. It was funny. We took a ride up on the gondola to sight see before we went home. We had a blast and can't wait to do it again next time. We went on some fun trails through the trees and off some jumps. We even caught "a little" air. Grandma Jo and I learned that our bodies are not as young as they used to be.
