Park City Anniversary Getaway

So this year was our 12th wedding anniversary. My twin sister and her hubby (Kev's cousin) were in town and so we got together to celebrate. We got an amazing suite at the Stein Erikson Lodge in park city. This room had a hot tub on the balcony an the most amazing view. We enjoyed dinner in park city, then delicious dessert at the hotel. We followed that with some hot tubbing and a sunset. Next we put on our expensive hotel robes and watched Hunger Games. We slept in the next morning and then had the most delicious breakfast and then headed out to do some shopping. We had so much fun and I loved spending time with my amazing man. I love you Kevy!! Having my sister there too made it extra special.

Trampoline Park

Brandon and Isaac's birthdays

On July 25th, Brandon turned 10 and on August 3rd, Isaac turns 8. Since our cousins were in town, we decided to have a big joint birthday party for both boys at Cherry Hill. We played at the water park all day then had pizza and skylander cupcakes for dinner. We opened present and played some more and everyone went home exhausted.

Adams Canyon

My twin sister and her family are in town and we decided to take the kids and hike Adams canyon. My kids all had a good time and Maycee did a good job for being so young. We read online that it was a moderate hike with some difficult spots but it was a little tougher than we thought with little kids and so we decdied that it is more of a difficult hike with some moderate spots. My mom and aunt Marsha came along and we are sure glad they did. The kids loved playing in the waterfall at the end. Here are some pictures that my sister took.

Cherry Hill

We have been spending a lot of time at Cherry Hill this summer with our cousins

So we have moved out of our wonderful home in Syracuse. That is why I haven't blogged for a while. Packing up, moving out, moving in with my mom, trying to get settled is what we have been doing. Our last night in the house we filled up the big jetted tub and put lots of bubbles in it and let the kids have fun. Then we all slept in the front room on air mattresses and told stories. We had a good time. The next morning the kids wanted to say good-bye to the house by taking pictures in every room in the house.

Only one injury while moving out. Jake was trying to help and dropped a big metal can on his toe.
