Isaac's Great Brain Report

Isaac got to choose any topic that he wanted to and become the expert (great brain) and share with his 1st grade class. Isaac chose the x-15 aircraft. He loved learning about this and did a great job teaching his class about it.

Treehouse Museum

We had a fieldtrip to the Treehouse museum with Maycee's joyschool. It was such a fun place and Maycee and Jake enjoyed exploring everywhere. Maycee even got to be the little billy goat in the play.

4th grade program

The 4th graders get to learn about the state of Utah this year. This past week they put on a program full of fun information and songs about Utah. Each 4th grader also gets to do a report on a county in Utah. Brandon got Cache County. He got to display his poster and typed report at the program.

Outside Fun

The sun decided to shine the other day and we couldn't help but play outside.

Jake and Maycee played with sidewalk chalk. Jake tried to eat it first but realized that it didn't taste very well.

Building the Pinewood Derby car

This is "HOLY SMOKES". That is what Brandon named his car.


I think there is more graphite on the paper than the car. This is what happens when you tell a 9 year old to go graphite his wheels.

We survived our first pine wood derby

Brandon's car won 1st two times and 2nd two times. Way to go Brandon (and Kevin)
