The other day I asked the kids if they had started thinking about what they wanted for Christmas and the boys immedietly began telling me stuff so I told them to write a note to santa. I was thinking 3 or 4 things....boy was I wrong. Brandon has 17 items and Isaac has 12. I am going to have a chat with the boys about what Christmas is all about I guess.
Althought I do agree with item 13 on Brandon's list....Tickets to Hawaii for all of us!! My little brother is there right now and we would love to hop on a plane and go visit.
Whats up with my kids wanting a pet lizard and pet parrot. I am not a pet person so the thought of both of those kinda freaks me out. I will just have to remind them that pets poop and I bet they will get kicked off the list.

Go Lupi FC

Letter

After my night at the instacare getting stitches the boys were feeling bad for me and wrote me this sweet note. It says....
Dear Mom,
We hope you are feeling better.
You have been good help.
Let's hope you feel better so you can do fun things.
We will miss you at school.
We hope nothing ever happens to you again.
We hope you drive safe.
We will try and play safe and help you out.
Love,
Brandon and Isaac

I am a slacker

I know I have been a slacker lately at updating my blog. Well heres what has been going on in a nut shell. Brandon and Isaac back in school, Maycee started joyschool and lots of good time to catch up on some much needed cleaning and dejunking around the house. The boys are both playing soccer so between the two of them we have games Monday, Friday and Saturday and practice Tuesday and Wednesday. So I guess that only leaves Thursday and Sunday with no soccer. Speaking of soccer...the kids and I were at Brandon's practice yesterday and I was playing pass with Isaac on the grass. My flipflops kept falling off so I took them off. I was running through the grass to chase the ball and all the sudden I felt a sharp stabbing in my foot. I looked down to find blood gushing from a big cut on my foot. Apparently their was a chunk of metal hiding in the grass and I ran right over it. So after getting other peoples opinions, we all agreed that I needed stitches. Off to the instacare, 7 stitches later and a really tender foot. Just what I wanted to do on my Wednesday night. Silly me. FYI: the arch under your foot is a very sensitive part to get stitches. Don't worry I was brave and only screamed once! I had stitches once when I was a little kid BUT in the past 3 years I have had them twice. Whats up with that!
