4th of July parade 2011

Here we are at the annual Centerville 4th of July parade. The kids always enjoy the parade and candy we get. This year grandpa was in the parade so it was fun to watch for him.

Basement done...almost

West side of family room

East side of family room. The couch and TV are only temperarily there. Someday we will have a full kitchen over there. Eventually I will get rid of my ugly green couch and get a nice leather one. My want list is long :)

Entrance from the stairs. There will be a desk and computer right here. Ignore the ugly brown paper on the floor. That is just to protect it while we worked downstairs.

Bathroom...toilet, cabinent, countertop and shower surrounds will come.

Brandon and Isaac's Room

Guest Room. I didn't have good lighting and didn't use my flash but this paint color is a pretty chocolate milk color. It looks kindof funny in this picture but it looks really pretty in real life.

Toy Room . Love the paint in this room. Kev thinks its a little bright but I love it!

We are almost done. So besides the bathroom, we just have some doorknobs and closet rods to install. Then we have to convince my scardy-cat boys to go sleep downstairs :)

Grandpa Bud

Friday was the anniversary of Grandpa Bud's passing. We got together and did lunch, visited the grave and played at the park. It was fun to be together and think about Grandpa.

Soccer Camp

Last week the boys attended a week long soccer camp. They loved every minute of it and wanted to do it again this week. They learned a lot of new skills and played lots of scrimmages.

Jake likes to swing

Jakey tried a swing yesterday for the first time and giggled. Isn't he cute?

Jake is 7 monthes old

While visiting my sister in Wisconson, she took some pictures of Jake. We were just outside having a BBQ and she wipped out her camera. She is such a good photographer and I love the cute candid moments with Jake and I. He is such a cute little bug. He is always so happy and smiley. I want him to stay this age forever and never grow up!

Trip to Wisconson

Brandon, Jake and I took a quick trip to Millwauke, Wisconson. My twin sister Jenn's son Ethan was getting baptized and we thought it would be a good idea to go visit for that. Here are a couple pics. More to come...
