Meet Milo

Meet Milo. My brother Mike just got this way cute little dog. For those of you who know me know that if I say a dog is cute then it must be extremely cute because I am not a huge animal lover. Anyways Milo is a Bull dog/pug mix. My kids fell in love with this dog and asked me over and over and over if we could get one. Maycee has always loved dogs. She has tons of stuffed animal dogs but this was the first little dog she has been around. She kept wanting to hold him. She followed him around for about 4 hours tonight.

For now, there is still no dog comming to our house. When the kids are interested in cleaning up poop then we can talk :)

Maycee is a big girl

So we have been working on potty training Maycee. She is doing pretty well but mostly she just looks darn cute in her little girl undies...don't ya think.

Oh ya, love the shirt tucked in the undies and the pink boots!

Moments from Brandon

I need to write these moments down so that I don't forget them. Brandon has been so thoughtful lately. He has done a couple things that have reminded me how wonderful he is.

First of all yesterday I was woke up in the morning by Brandon, (dressed, bed made, teeth brushed, hair combed) standing next to my bed with some toast(buttered and sprinkled with cinnamon) and a glass of water. He told me to keep my eyes closed and then he sat the food on my bed and said, "Open your eyes!" "I wanted to suprise you and bring you breakfast in bed!" He had the biggest smile on his face and so did I.

Second, Today at school Brandon's class had a store where they get to buy stuff with the money that they have earned at school. When I picked Brandon up from school he showed me what he had bought with his money. First a picture frame for me, second some crayons for Maycee and third a shell for Isaac. Brandon was sad that he didn't have enough money to buy something for Kevin and he kept saying how sorry he was. It is so amazing that Brandon (a 7 year old) was thinking of his family and not wanting to spend all the money on himself.

I am so grateful for him and I love him so much...even though he wont let me kiss him on the lips anymore...apparently he thinks that is gross!

My twin sister

This is a picture of my twin sister, Jenn and I. She was visiting from Las Vegas this last week and we got these cool scarfs from our other sister, Brooke, who is living in Israel. We thought it would be cute to take a picture of us together in our "Israel scarfs".

For those of you reading this who didn't know that I haves a twin sister...the story gets even crazier. Jenn married Shawn Reese, who is my husband, Kevin's cousin. So we both got married (2 monthes apart) and changed our last names to Reese. She has two boys and a little girl and I have two boys and a little girl. We just can't seem to do anything different. Crazy huh! I am so grateful for both of my wonderful sisters. They both live far away and so I don't get to see them much but hopefully...one day...we will at least live in the same state. :)

Happy New Year

Well, the kids have gone back to school and so I have some time to post pictures of our wild, crazy new years celebration.
My twin sister Jenn and her family were in town. We gave all the kids a can of sillly string and let them go to crazy...squirting all over Grandma Jo's house. Next year I think that we should give the adults a can also!
